Electric convectors can be additionally supplied with the following components:
Air-purge valve. Used for deflating air outside the heating systems.
While relieving the air one should turn off the tap on the supply main, let the stopper screw of the air-purge valve make 2-3 turns to release the air and, when seeing the water, turn off the valve, turn on the tap on the supply main.
Production material – brass LS 59-1 GOST.
Blind screw plug. Used for joining pipes and components.
To avoid radiator breakup (defrosting) in winter when it is not used (heating system is not working), the plug should be unscrewed, heat carrier (water) be drained from the radiator and supply mains and the plug should be screwed back to its position.
Production material – brass LS 59-1 GOST.
Straight pipe coupling 341 1/2" is used for joining with regulating taps and heating system pipes (when ordering radiators with 13 sections or more).
Production material – brass LS 59-1 GOST.
Heat Regulator TRL-00.
Used to maintain the temperature specified by the user by means of turning electric power of the heater (heating element) on and off in accordance with the temperature sensor signal).
The regulator is made in the plastic housing intended for wall mounting and fixed wiretapping. The level of protection provided by the shell according to GOST 14254-96 IP40.
External Temperature Sensor.
Temperature range adjustment from Δабс= ±3 °С — from 0 till 57 °С.
Maximum power of electric heater (workload) not more than 2000 W.
Temperature range – 0-57 °С.
Current which is used by regulator under turned-off workload is not more than 0.025 А.
